Mark exhibits his first floor artwork installation, titled ‘Flying carpet’, FS006 = (floor + wall)³ – crafted in Italy from pure white Bianco Sivec and Belgian black marbles, for the new Shizaru Gallery in Mayfair. Each tile is engraved and numbered with Mark’s signature, totalling 121 individual tiles making up the stone carpet. The piece is inspired by ancient Korean bird motifs and is a beautiful and timeless floor design.
